About:

Implementing a solid concept when designing a residential area belongs to the heroic era of the Modern era. The solid concept of the housing machine, which Le Corbusier defined as a Modulor for humanitarian reasons, is part of our creative architectural-urban planning potential.

The elongated shape of the plot in the north-south direction is opposed by three-dimensional structures in the east-west direction (barcode lines). Their separation into free-standing buildings, in accordance with that of the immediate environment (family housing), resulted in a specific "crossed matrix". The spatial concept enabled a carefully structured network of communications that connects the built and unbuilt zones of the plot in question into a single whole. Based on the basic concept of purpose, the residential zone is planned in the central and western parts. The East and West zones are planned for green and recreational space with a smaller number of accompanying, non-residential buildings. The green space contains a number of small free, green, and recreational spaces (sports fields with accompanying facilities) and other free-standing non-residential low-rise buildings (kindergarten). Due to the relatively dispersed matrix of all buildings, the green spaces of the eastern and western parts of the plot are functionally and visually integrated. With this zoning, the concentration of housing is in the middle, and the border zones are various green areas, to simultaneously satisfy the required intensity of housing and green and recreation zones, that is, to establish spatial-functional communication with the environment.
